The Argan Oil
Morocco is home to the ancient tradition of argan oil production, where the Argania spinosa tree thrives. Remarkably, this tree is predominantly found in Morocco's semi-desert Sous Valley and is uniquely adapted to the arid climate. What makes it extraordinary is that it's the only place in the world where goats are known to climb trees to feast on its fruit, contributing to the process of seed dispersal.
Ski and Surf
Morocco boasts the fascinating distinction of being one of the few countries where you can ski in the morning and surf in the afternoon. With the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains offering skiing opportunities during winter, and the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts providing excellent surf conditions, adventurers can experience the thrill of both activities in a single day, making it a diverse and exciting destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

- Most of Morocco has a tropical, wet climate, which should come as no surprise considering that the northernmost tip of the country is only nine miles from Spain. In fact, the weather in many areas of Morocco—outside the arid desert in eastern Morocco near Merzouga—is essentially Mediterranean.
